Our cold buffet is a very popular service, suited to all occasions, at any time and in any space.
We can prepare a standing buffet or seated buffet, and the number of guests is no obstacle whatsoever. The cold buffet is also a popular option for clients hosting friends in their own home.
The cold buffet consists of numerous masterpieces from the Karst and from the hands of great butchers, and the finest produce from our gardens, forests, seas, rivers and lakes. All the gourmet delights are combined and prepared in keeping with the timing and structure of the event, the number of guests and the season, and are served on buffet tables.
