Market
The market is a mixed buffet set up on stalls. A very attractive and interesting form of service, ideal for warm weather.
The stalls specialise in one area (such as fish, salads, rotoli, fruit and desserts). An extra attraction is dishes prepared in large pans in front of the guests.
The market is most often used for traditional Slovenian cuisine, which is best accompanied by a display of crafts and artisan pursuits (pottery, honey produce, folklore, etc.).
